As 2016 drew to a close, we were delighted to be engaged by Mooney Valley City Council to ensure the Council's sustainability programs are more visible to target audiences, more relatable, engaging and fun.
The project outcome will be a comprehensive marketing plan that is strategic yet practical.
Brand Bureau will undertake 5 steps to successfully complete the project:
Stages 1 and 2 involve project planning and the review of background information.
Stage 3 includes meetings and workshops with staff to ensure marketing initiatives that are currently working are maintained and included in the marketing plan and new ideas are captured.
Stages 4 and 5 involve the drafting of the marketing plan and plan finalisation.
The plan will ensure the most efficient and effective use of the Council’s marketing resources. The overall aim of implementing the resulting marketing plan is increased participation in the Council's sustainability programs, leading to sustainable behaviour being normalised, conversations started and pride of place being built.
