Case Study

Since 2013, Brand Bureau has collaborated with ICD Property, delivering a suite of strategic and tactical PR services for the Gen Fyansford development.

Highlights over the years include:

  • Developing an initial stakeholder communications plan and the management of local media and events

  • Delivering the official opening of the display village, featuring top national builders as well as an outside broadcast from KRock radio, face painting, gourmet ice cream, food trucks and a magician, and engaging a range of community partners, including the Lions Club of Corio Bay and the CFA

  • Gaining national media coverage for the Fyansford silos art project, painted by Geelong-born artist Rone transforming the cement silos overlooking Fyansford

  • Communications management prior to, during and following a series of 200 explosions, across ten “events” in order to removal 200,000 tonnes of rock by early 2019, paving the way for future land releases

  • Launch of the Adventure Playground, featuring local dignitaries, family activities and media engagement.
