Awards

2016 - Brand Bureau's 10th anniversary - saw us win the Australian Marketing Institute's Victorian Public Sector Marketing category, and named a National Finalist in the same category, for our "Let's Get It Sorted" waste recycling campaign for Golden Plains Shire Council.

In addition, Golden Plains Shire Council has been named a Finalist in the Institute of Public Administration's Leadership in the Public Sector Awards 2016, in the Communication category, for "Let's Get It Sorted".

In 2012, Brand Bureau was a winner of the new Vision2 brand design competition – an initiative which brings together industry professionals, state and local government, and the local community to focus on the future of Central Geelong.

In 2008, the Municipal Association of Victoria awarded Geelong Regional Library Corporation a Special Commendation for their Brand Bureau-designed 2007/08 Annual Report. The aim of the Annual Report Awards is to encourage excellence in the content, clarity and presentation of information to the users of local government annual reports. Chair of GRLC, Cr Rod Macdonald, said it was pleasing that the Library's 2007/08 Annual Report had been selected to receive the Special Commendation.

“It is important for Geelong Regional Library Corporation to effectively communicate to our stakeholders and the community. Our Annual Reports are one vehicle by which we communicate our performance, and we are delighted that Geelong Regional Library Corporation has been recognised for its efforts,” Cr Macdonald said at the time.

In 2007, we were delighted to win the Federal Government and Commonwealth Bank’s Victorian Small Business Champion Award (Business Services category).
